The Bresser Science ADL-601 F LED , the fluorescent version of the ADL 601 P are located one in the microscope base. LED – light illumination (W 3) and the power supply and a continuously variable dimmer for transmitted light. The trinocular microscope attachmentis suitable for connecting a reflex camera or a C-mount microscope camera (the appropriate adapters are required for this). The inclination of the eyepiece socket is 30 ?. The fluorescence attachment includes a rotary wheel with four different colored LEDs (green, blue, violet, ultraviolet) l, a filter wheel and a UV protective screen. The LED lamps produce the excitation radiation necessary for fluorescence. Compared to conventional UV lamps that are designed as high pressure mercury lamps, LED lighting is not only safer, but also has a longer service life. There are no waiting times for the lamp to cool down before being switched on again.
Fluorescence microscopyis z. B. used in biology and medicine. All in all, the Science ADL 601F is a unique instrument in terms of price-performance ratio, which also has the other equipment typical of high-quality microscopes: Infinite objectives with face correction, coaxial cross table, coaxial focusing drives (fine: 200 ?m / revolution) , Interpupillary distance and diopter adjustment as well as photo tube. Optionally available, general accessories are the wide field eyepieces (WF10x, WF15x), the measuring eyepiece (WF10x), dark field condensers (dry and oil), as well as our range of MikroCam cameras.

Levenhuk N18 NG Prepared Slides Set
Before being examined, samples of any plant or material must undergo a diligent preparation: a very thin slice of the material should be placed on a glass slide and covered with a cover slip. The slides set already contains fully prepared samples of biomaterials so that you can spend more time studying them. The set also contains a number of blank slides and cover slips, allowing you to prepare your own microscope slides. Blank slides and cover slips are made of highly transparent glass and provide the most comfortable observations, with no glare or distortion. Prepared slides, blank slides and cover slips can be used with any microscope model.
